Included with the villa for guests booking 3 days or more, is a FREE minibus or Toyota Fortuner. The vehicles are fully insured and give our guests freedom to really explore this beautiful destination.

Set beside a beautiful private lake, the Pool Villa has 11 double bedrooms located in 3 individual buildings set around the huge 250m2 Infinity pool and terrace.

The 3 Master Bedrooms include LCD TV/DVD players, with acres of space to allow guests to really unpack and feel at home, each designer built bathroom has a large Jacuzzi, shower and 2 washbasins set in granite.

A further 4 ensuite bedrooms are located pool side with private terraces and walk in wardrobes. Above are yet another 4 ensuite bedrooms, with amazing views of the lake and overlooking the central pool and pool terrace.

The huge upstairs private balconies are covered by beautiful wooden ceilings, with luxury wooden sofas providing cool shade and soft breezes from the lake.

The upper spa terrace is furnished with Rattan sofa and chairs, perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake, Buddha Mountain and the Wat Yarn mountain temples.

On the ground floor, the open plan living area is perfectly laid out with a large seating area around the TV and entertainment system with a  separate dining area provides dining space for up to 22  guests.

The main indoor entertainment area comes with large LCD TV, Satellite TV channels, DVD and sound system.

Further TV’s/entertainment systems can be found at the outdoor bar for outdoor viewing and at the fitness room!

The outside terrace provides dinning for 20-120 guests and is complete with a fully stocked bar with soft and alcoholic drinks and there is also a separate BBQ also with bar for the ultimate in outdoor relaxation and dining.

At the back of the terraced area is a purpose built Swedish Sauna and also a Steam Room for complete health and relaxation of our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to hotel standard and an amazing Thai chef can be provided upon request to make delicious meals for our guests during their stay!

The pool is crystal clear, 250m2 with infinity waterfall pool. The water is an even 1.5m deep for safe, practical fun for all.

Located at the far end of the pool is a fully equipped Fitness Room for your daily work out and above it is a spa/sala where you can enjoy a relaxing massage or watch the fun below.

A purpose built tennis court/ 5 a side football pitch with state of the art Astroturf is found at the end of the garden and is very popular with many of our guests.

Beside the pool is a covered wooden sala complete with tables and chairs for morning breakfasts/evening sundowners.

The garden is terraced, on two levels, and features fountains and waterfalls and several water features including a fish hatchery!

The lake fishing has become a big favourite with many guests and fishing equipment is supplied upon request.
